Returns and exchanges
We hope you love the products you buy from The Unique Boutique, however, if you are not happy with the item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.
If you want to return or exchange your item with us, you can email us at email@example.com where we can log your return and issue you with our return address.
We can accept the return of any item excluding personalised products, sale items, and earrings.
-The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase
-The items are unworn and unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
-All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of the dispatch note.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number
We cannot offer refunds on items purchased as part of a promotional offer or personalisation. Personalised items are made especially for you therefore once ordered are non-refundable.
Returning your items
You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend items are returned via a tracked service.
Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Please retain your proof of postage for your records until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
*We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene or for unique custom pieces such as personalisation, unless there is a fault.
If your item arrives faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photo’s of the item along with your order number or proof of purchase.
Please do not attempt to repair an item as we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if you do so.
