Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible and we can, we will!
Standard UK delivery £3.95: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
International delivery £10.95 – £13.50: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days
All standard delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail 48. Each shipment is logged by Royal Mail and should take 2-3 days to arrive but can take up to 5 working days during busy periods & calandar holidays.
All international delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail. Arrival times will vary dependant on the country of receipt, on average this can take 5-10 working days.
Lost or Delayed post
Although we choose the most reliable and economical postal service to ensure safe and secure delivery. However, occasionally, for reasons out of our control, post can either be delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be lost or delayed, we will do all we can to help. For UK order, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For no-UK orders, please wait at least 2 weeks before contacting us.
Returns and exchanges
- We hope you love the products you buy from The Unique Boutique, however if you are not happy with the item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund.
- If you want to return or exchange your item to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please ensure:
- The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase
- The items are unworn and unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange without valid proof of purchase or an order number
Sale items can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase
We cannot offer refunds on items purchased as part of a promotional offer or personalisation. Personalised items are made especially for you therefore once ordered are non-refundable.
Returning your items
You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend items are returned via a tracked service.
Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Please retain your proof of postage for your records until we confirm by email that we have received your goods.
*We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene or for unique custom pieces such as personalisation, unless there is a fault.
If your item arrives faulty, please email email@example.com with details and photo’s of the item along with your order number or proof of purchase.
Please do not attempt to repair an item as we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if you do so.
